Version changes

WHAT'S NEW:
- A new option for "disabling printing, spooling only" is added.
- A new option for minimizing window on startup. It makes the application remain on the systray automatically once the Windows started.
- Automatic debug tracker is added. It would help user to detect any problem and solve it faster

BUG FIXES:
- Sending packets composed of bytes causes ddrLPD 1.0 to crash. Please refer to:
http://cross-site-scripting.blogspot.com/2010/05/ddrlpd-10-denial-of-service.html. This issue is fixed.
- Fixing mapping current path when starting the application.
- Fixing in printer authority. ddrLPD now can be launched from non-administrator user.
